Secondary Layer A layer of corrugated cardboard sheets is applied around the container for additional cushioning. Stretch film wrapping is used to secure the cardboard and protect against dust, moisture, and minor abrasions. 3. External Safety Packing The fully wrapped container is placed on a custom wooden pallet or wooden frame to ensure stability during transit. Heavy-duty straps/belts are used to fix the product firmly on the pallet. 4.
