Packaging Details: Packing Details – Stainless Steel School Bench & Desk 1. Product Preparation All stainless steel surfaces are cleaned, degreased, and polished before packing. Sharp edges and corners are protected with rubber or foam guards to avoid damage. Moving parts or attachments, if any, are tightly secured. 2. Primary Packing Each bench and desk is first wrapped with protective foam sheet (minimum 5 mm thickness) to prevent scratches. Over the foam, the product is covered with bubble wrap for impact resistance. Additional corner protectors are used for legs and edges. 3. Secondary Packing The wrapped bench and desk are placed in a corrugated cardboard box (5-ply or 7-ply depending on size and weight). Empty spaces inside the box are filled with thermocol blocks or air cushions to avoid movement during transit. The box is sealed with high-strength BOPP packing tape. 4. Optional Wooden Packing (For Long-Distance or Export) For additional safety, items can be packed in a fumigated wooden crate. The crate is internally lined with plastic sheet for moisture protection. The unit is strapped with nylon belts for stability during transportation. 5. Labeling Each package is labeled with: Product name: Stainless Steel School Bench & Desk Size and quantity Gross weight and net weight Handling instructions (Fragile, This Side Up, Handle with Care) Manufacturer or supplier details 6. Loading & Transport Packages are loaded using manual labor or forklift depending on size. Items are stacked in upright position with anti-slip mats between layers. Packages are secured with ratchet straps inside the vehicle to avoid shifting.
