Packaging Details: Packing Details – Stainless Steel Dustbin 1. Product Preparation The dustbin surface is cleaned and checked for scratches, dents, or sharp edges. All detachable parts (lid, inner bucket, pedal mechanism, handles) are inspected and secured. 2. Protective Wrapping Each dustbin is covered with a protective plastic film to prevent scratches. Additional bubble wrap is applied around the body and lid for shock absorption. For pedal dustbins, the pedal area is reinforced with extra cushioning. 3. Inner Packing A corrugated cardboard sheet or foam padding is placed at the base inside the box for stability. The dustbin is placed upright inside the box with corner protectors to avoid impact damage. 4. Outer Carton Packing The product is packed in a 5-ply corrugated export-grade box. The box is sealed with waterproof adhesive tape. Product label includes: Product Name: Stainless Steel Dustbin Size/Capacity (e.g., 12L, 20L, 30L, 60L, 100L) Material Grade (e.g., SS304 or SS202) Quantity: 1 Unit Gross Weight & Net Weight 5. Palletization (if bulk shipment) Cartons are stacked on fumigated wooden pallets. Wrapped with stretch film for stability. Secured with PP straps to prevent movement during transport. 6.
